Great service it was great they treated me like royalty I recommend them to anybody staff was very friendly great attitude clean place the gowns that they had me to put on smell wonderful I don't know what fabric softener they was using but keep it up� about time I finish my paperwork I was headed to the back rooms for my examination the X-ray tech he was awesome and funny and I had to get a CT scan and he was great too good job�����
I deeply, deeply, deeply wish that all people had access to health care as efficient and caring and affordable as the Total Access on Manchester. Last night, I went in with a UTI, and was out in less than an hour. I felt that everyone asked the right questions, updated my health records, and really listened to me. (Feeling much better already, btw. Thanks, bactrim.)
I am so very pleased with my experience at Total Access Urgent Care. The first thing they said to me was that they were going to make me feel better. Each staff member showed concern for my health and my feelings. Very nice people and very compassionate.
No waiting, friendly people, caring staff My wife had twisted her foot. These folks took Xray, diagnosed a fracture, told her that it would heal in 4-6 weeks, to keep the pressure off the foot and to use the boot, and follow up with her own doctor. Fortunate to have them in our neighborhood
I had what i thought was a cyst on my left hand Found out it wa an infection Me finger was swollen Beth did a great job taking care of me All of the staff were very caring in my needs Will go ther again if i ever need help again
This has become my primary care doctors.. love it. All the staff is caring and competent. Don't refer me to six other docs. Have exrays right there, pharmacy right there for most drugs, can do a physical if needed. Have fixed me for travel in a day or two with pneumonia to bronchitis so I didn't miss a big event. Have specific parts doctors like obgyns but everything else they are great!
I was in and out quickly, treated very well by the staff, and they addressed all of my needs. I will be back.
Always a good experience. Have never had to wait ! Quick and efficient.
