RecommendedShowed up late Saturday evening a few minutes before closing. The staff was courteous, efficient, caring, interested and extremely helpful. In-house x-ray machine made for speedy diagnosis and in-house pharmacy made the entire process that much easier. Nice facility, professional and great staff. Would recommend this facility to anyone.
This place is very convenient to my house, it's just around the corner. Have been here 2 times with good results and prompt service. The walk-in aspect for medical services is great!
Yesterday was the 2nd time I have been to Total Access Urgent Care at their Rock Hill location and both times I was really impressed with how efficient and kind the entire staff is. Everyone I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and showed genuine concern. There was no waiting and I was in and out in approx. 45 minutes at the most. What a difference this experience was as opposed to going to an Emergency Room. I am very grateful that Total Access is an option for healthcare.
I am so thankful this location is open late into the evening. They did a very thorough "workup" of my chest pain, and I rested easy that night knowing I wasn't having a heart attack! They had an excellent IV-stick nurse, and advanced on-site equipment like a CT scan machine!
This place is fast but careful with patients. The staff were friendly and always seem to actually care. They all go above and beyond their duties. I walked in feeling like death and walked out so much better still not feeling well but at least they took care of me and got me the means to get back 100%.
I have nothing but great things to say about TA. The staff if very knowledgeable and confident in their diagnosis. Thank you all for being there!!!
I continue to be impressed with the excellent care I have received at the TAUC in Rock Hill. I was seen promptly by staff and doctors.My diagnosis was made with the most advanced digital x ray system and I was treated and released in about an hour. Thank you, Total Access!
