I am a returning patient. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, efficient and able to figure out what I need right away. Today, I had bronchitis-- and was in and out within an hour with the antibiotic I needed. In the past they diagnosed a life threatening liposarcoma in my right thigh that my own doctors had missed despite me seeking help for 6 months with various doctors. Great experience, were able to do antibiotics IV, which other urgent care can't do.
Excellent care as usual, immediately asked for my name, filled out paperwork and short discussion of reason being there. Taken back to office, normal health checks, filled out updated medical condition paperwork, got checked, needed chest X-ray, told best treatment and why. Picked up prescription there, too sick to drop off at pharmacy and wait. Was in and out in about an hour, all testing done in one location. I picked up my husband at the airport when he arrived from Asia in April. He was not well and we went straight to Total Access. The staff were all friendly and helpful. His diagnosis was pneumonia. I was most impressed that everything he needed was there. IV for meds, x-ray and prescription meds. This experience made a difficult situation a lot better.
Urgent Care exceeded expectations, Everyone from the person who checked me in to the nurses, PA and Doctor Hinrichs was caring, professional and totally pleasant. The care was first-rate in every way.The information they gave me was clear and complete and all my questions were answered fully. Great experience!!!!!
