This is the BEST urgent care I have ever been to!!! You can tell when people love their job and I would say they showed it tonight! The friendliest staff and we got in and out quickly!!
They were quick and efficient. We arrived 5 minutes before they were to close and there for 45 minutes after. They took care of the problem and were polite and professional the entire time.
Was crappy being there but the people made it so much better. Ethan was excellent and the Dr. really seemed to care and that made all the difference
Total Access Urgent Care is the BEST urgent care in St.louis. From the Treatment to the Staff, it's definitely better here!
I've been here several times and I have nothing but great things to say. From the front desk, MA's, Dr's...very kind, informative, & caring. Even when the waiting room was standing room only, it was handled without chaos. Thanks and I will be back.
I went to the Wentzville branch last night & couldn't have been happier. They all were very professional & I was in & out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend it to everyone!!!!
