RecommendedThe Chippewa location was great. I was waited on and got results and diagnosis in no time. I recommend it. My daughter told me about them and so I felt this was better than go to a hospital or waiting for the Dr's office to open.
What great care! I was in so much pain, they took me back right away!!! Everyone was so nice. Very clean! I will recommend them to everyone I know. Love the fact they are open until ten. Very easy to check in online, seen right away and medicine is given to you there. All around awesome!

We had our first visit yesterday afternoon when my son's eyes started to show signs of infection. We were seen by a paramedic within 5 minutes and Dr. Hinrichs in less than 10. We received the diagnosis and the facility even had the medicine on site, saving us a trip and wait at the pharmacy. The office is bright and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. While I hope we are too frequent of visitors ;) - I would definitely return and refer others.

I've been to the Rock Hill location 4 times now. Twice with bronchitis, once for strep, and recently for back pain. I've always been taken directly back to an exam room, and never had more than a 5-10 minute wait before being triaged. Everyone, from the people at reception, the person taking vitals and a history, the physician's assistant, the tech taking xrays, and the doctors checking in at the end, have been patient and attentive and have absolutely listened and asked pertinent questions to get to the final diagnosis.
