I went to Total Access today in Wentzville. Dr. Farrell was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I even left there my meds. I would highly recommend them.
Just left the Chesterfield location. This was my first visit. I was very impressed! My care was exceptional. All staff members was caring, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Dr. Winer was fabulous. He is an excellent physician. He was previously the head of the ED at a major St. Louis hospital. I was very pleased to receive my treatment from such an experienced physician. It was very convenient to be seen, have xrays and get my medication in one location. I will absolutely use the services again if I need to. Highly recommend.

Total care was a wonderful experience. The staff was super nice and genuinely caring. The doctor was interested in my family and knew more about about her condition I have, then my primary. I wish I could use Total Care as my primary.
The Rock Hill location is top notch. Was there last night with my 5yo. He broke his clavicle. The entire staff was fantastic. Thank you for all your hard work!!
I was made super comfortable, I came in maybe ten minutes before they were going to close and still saw me. I've had other urgent cares turn me down. I developed a pilonidal Abcess, and they were very professional, caring, and very fast. I was in so much pain, and they tried helping me be as comfortable as possible. Thank You TAUC!!
They charge you collection fee without sending you any statement. Don't trust them any way. I think they have close relationship with collection agency and they know how to charge you as much as they can.
I worked for total access for almost 7 years and was seen as a patient multiple times. I was always treated with the upmost respect. The Drs and rest of the staff were always fast,friendly and very knowledgable. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
