I always have had an excellent customer service and prompt attention from the staff at the TAUC Rock Hill Location. They take the time to let you know what they are going to do and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them whether you need a flu shot or have the flu!

Although the place was swamped with patients, the entire staff was calm, professional and quite friendly. They compassionately appraised and treated my relatively minor injury and ultimately made my visit a great experience.
Very Nice, friendly, skilled, efficient, affordable, helpful. Recommend, more of these needed in rural areas, somehow.
