Great, efficient service. Professional and friendly staff. Very intuative and thorough inquiry regarding symptoms, general health and health history. I was able to get the exam, xray, and prescription in a short visit. They are doing it everything right as far as I'm concerned.
I have been to Total Access Urgent Care twice now. Each time it has been easy to make an appointment online and I have been taken back into a run right away. All of the EMT's and doctor's have been helpful.
So quick and friendly! I got my problem taken care of without having to search for a general care physician, and without having to make an appointment.
Absolutely a fantastic urgent care center, I brought my daughter there and from the minute we walked in the door it was a positive experience, starting with friendly front desk staff. Everyone that treated her was fantastic! Very prompt and caring... when your sick or hurt you need friendly caring staff. Thank you all taking exceptional care of my daughter! I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly return if the need arises.

Total Access is a well-run facility, but warm and inviting to me and the others who came to be treated for illness. The technicians and physician were professional, caring and well-informed. I was in and out in one hour, received my prescription antibiotic and began my medication before I left Total Access.
