They took really great care of me yesterday, came in with a fever testing positive for the flu. Staff was very kind and caring!
From start to finish, it is always a great experience at Rock Hill Total Access Urgent Care. And Dr. Spire is the best - very thorough and great bedside manner. Carlo, the med asst was great as well along with every other person we came into contact with. Clean, no wait, left feeling like it was the best it could be for an unpleasant bang on the head and stitches.
Went to the Webster Groves/Rock Hill Urgent Care location with a high fever, all of the associates, nurses, doctors and technicians were really really nice, very knowledgeable and very caring for me. I highly recommend if you are experiencing any sickness, you go and visit the Webster Groves/Rock Hill location! They are just the best! And will take excellent care of you!
The first face you see is the receptionist and right now, I am still so sick I cannot even remember her name...but she was sweet, pleasant and PATIENT with all the sick people coming into the Urgent Care Center. I arrived around 8:30 on Thursday evening 12/28/17 and there were already 15 people in the waiting room. Great staff. Took care of me. Diagnosis was flu. They took really good care of me, It was crowded, waiting room full of sick people I wish they had cold masks for waiting room. Guess they were surprise by # of colds.
I always seem to get sick on the weekend or even if I am sick can’t go to the dr until the evening because of work. This year I was sick at Christmas. I really appreciate their extended hours and being open on the holiday. The staff is friendly and everything including X-rays and labs are on site. I was even able to get my medication prescribed and avoid another stop in the cold. Thanks everybody!
