I was very impressed by the speed in which I was seen and the entire visit took less than an hour. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional. I had been to one other urgent care center prior to this in which the person taking the x-rays had no idea what they were doing and while I ended up being admitted to the hospital, the urgent care experience was very much lacking. I would recommend Total Access Urgent Care to all of my friends.
Prompt service, friendly, welcoming staff and, obviously important, they knew what they were doing. Followed up a couple of days later to check how I was doing...We have used them for a variety of issues and they have always been helpful adn competent.
I have been to this urgent care multiple times and am always pleased with the care and service given to me. I got right in this morning and saw the doctor quickly. He was very present and listened to what I had to say. His treatment seemed right on point and I was glad that I'd made the choice to go, rather than waiting out the weekend. I have recommended this urgent care a number of times and will continue to do so.
