RecommendedI have had 2 occasions to go to Total Access Urgent Care (I specifically went to the one on Manchester because someone else in my family went there and had a positive experience). They have been great each time I went. Very friendly staff all around, and it's so much quicker and more convenient than going to the emergency room. They are very thorough and professional. I like the fact that CT scan, x-rays and lab work are all available on site. I highly recommend them!
RecommendedHave been using this facility ever since I lost my insurance some years ago, probably been in there over a dozen times for various issues. The prices are incredibly fair and the service received is as good if not better than most of my past E.R. visits. The staff is professional, helpful and caring. There are other clinics closer to home but I wouldn't even consider them. My thanks to the staff for all of the care that you have provided me.

RecommendedThis morning was my first visit to Total Access Urgent Care in Rock Hill. The moment I walked in the door, I received top notch care from the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly and professional, taking the time to ensure I was at all times comfortable. The doctor did a thorough examination of my knee, ordered X-rays and patiently explained the results/recommended treatment. Love Total Access! I've been multiple times...always friendly, professional, fast...highly recommend!
I am a long timer user of this facility. I don't have insurance so it is all self pay. They are very reasonably priced which is why I am a return costumer. Also very professional (I wish I could use them as my primary care physician). Today I came in for a flu shot. Very professional at $32.00. Best price I found. I will continue to use them.
