I had never been to an Urgent Care facility until yesterday. Two of my neighbors had gone to Total Access Urgent Care in Des Peres recently. So, as the day went on and my issue wasn't getting any better, I decided to go. An hour later everything was fixed and I felt great! The staff and Dr. Hinrichs made me feel comfortable from the moment I entered the lobby. And... my finger is FIXED! Very pleased.
Love Total Access Urgent Care! They take your situation/concern seriously, treat you with care and respect, and always seem to have enough staff to handle whatever is thrown their way. Love going there and always feel well taken care of.
Amazing care. Even with so much illness present, the wait was not bad. Everyone is nice and helpful. Most times I will choose the Town and Country location over going to my primary care physician.
I went to urgent care this past weekend and is was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, efficient and so caring. Dr. Hindrich has incredible bedside manner and got me out in no time at all. I highly recommend it. It was awesome.

Went to Total Access for a really bad burn on my pinky finger from hot glue gun, very friendly got me in and got me out.

I'm a returning customer and today's experience was no different than the last--as quick as possible, spend plenty of time with you to explain things and answer questions. Always satisfied and will return. Well, I hope I don't have to, but if I do, I'll be happy to go to TAUC!
