Fast, efficient and compassionate.
I was seen immediately, and everything that was happening with my treatment was fully communicated. The nurses and doctors took their time, and were knowledgeable and informative. I was in and out in one hour, including the time it took to get X-rays and a CAT scan.
I had a recent medical scare but I wasn’t sure where to go. A friend of mine recommended Total Access Urgent Care because they have all of the testing without the wait of an EE and she was right. I was seen right away and diagnosed in a little over an hour. Very attentive and compassionate staff. I’ll definitely be going back.
Very friendly and professional. There is no waiting to see a doctor and everything can be done right there, including Xrays and pharmacy.
I was totally impressed by Dr Hinchrich and his staff. I actually saw 4 different people during my visit. Each one made this sick boy feel better just by their kindness and interest in my getting better. My wait time was next to zero even on a Saturday afternoon. They are a complete facility. I was X-rayed right there and even received my meds immediately. I personally spoke with Dr Hindrich’s the center’s director. Highly recommend Urgent Care on Manchester Road. Highly professional and take time analyzing my medical condition for appropriate follow-up and medication.
Wonderful experience. Dr. Schwartz was thorough and very personable. Every person who helped me was professional and friendly. Filled my prescriptions right there and on New Year’s Eve. Made me think about the following: if you’re going to do something well, do it better than all the rest! By far the best ER experience ever!
