RecommendedWhen your primary doc can’t see you for 2 weeks, it’s great to have immediate feedback! I had pain, knew I’d need xrays, and didn’t want to wait 2 weeks. The place was very busy, so I had a bit of a wait in the exam room. But unlike other doc offices, where you sit there wondering if they forgot you, I frequently had techs stopping in to tell me what was next (going to x-ray, doc looking at x-ray, etc) and they apologized for my wait time. I very much appreciated their concern & care!
Clean place and friendly staff and service providers. Listened carefully to my symptoms past and present as I had a lingering illness that kept reoccurring for about 3 weeks. They were attentive, ruled out pneumonia, and arrived at a plan that helped me on the mend. I felt better after the first round of meds and am on my way to finally kicking this bronchitis.
I was greeted by Mikey at the door and shown a room very quickly. Dr Paul Hinricks was working and able to diagnose my ailment very quickly. Taylor (EMT) was friendly and explained things well. They had the treatment script at the location. This clinic was by far the best and most professional urgent care facility I have seen!
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The center is clean and I was taken care of right away.
This was our second visit to TAUC. We were attended to quickly and efficiently. Everyone who helped us was so kind and qualified. Dr Lowry is top notch. Explained my problem so I could understand. I highly recommend this location of TAUC.
They were very through and I was feeling better with in days. They also did a follow up call to see how I was doing. That is a first. Although I'm not completely over it I have another 7 days of meds and I feel better already. Great team there.
Unfortunately, we have been a few times in the last couple of months and every time we have been seen quickly and the staff is very compassionate and the Drs are very thorough!!
I saw Dr. Hinrichs on Thursday, he recommended that I text him if my cold got worse. It did the next day, we exchanged texts so that I could come back for prescriptions. Process saved time and prevented more serious complications. Terrific system. Sheila Reddick
