Pleasant people and no waiting to get a flu shot....
This is the most organized and well-run medical facility I have ever been to. They have a 5/5 rating here on Facebook by 111 people at the time of this writing (112 now), which has to be near impossible for any medical facility. They pull it off with their impeccable service and their one-stop-shop setup where they can do everything in house saving you time from running across town for x-rays, medication, etc.
Everyone was friendly and professional and I was in and out quickly. They gave me the option of purchasing prescription from them or they could call it into a pharmacy. I opted for the latter, due to insurance.
The staff was friendly and professional. I got a flu shot, didn’t even feel the needle! They had me in and out of there in ten minutes.
I had an absolutely great experience at the location off Manchester Rd. recently. Dr. Hinrichs and all the supporting staff were great. From the person at the front desk, all the support staff taking vitals and taking care of my IV and wound, all the way to the doctor himself. Everyone was very friendly, took great care of me, and did their best to make my visit the best it could be. We have been to Total Access on Manchester road quite a few times now. Dr. Hinrich and his staff are always wonderful! They are fast, yet take the time to listen to you and make sure they treat you before you leave. I highly recommend this urgent care!
We had a great experience. No wait time... The doctor, Np and nurses were very efficient and sympathetic. Highly recommend this UC
