I went to TAUC on Manchester in Ballwin on a Sunday morning for a fracture in my foot. I have been there before so I knew I would get great treatment. I was seen immediately. The staff is friendly and professional. I had x-rays taken and then the doctor examined my foot. I was taken care of quickly with everything I needed for low cost. My insurance was accepted. I followed up with my doctor and everything looks great. I always go to TAUC when I have a medical emergency.
I was seen right away and received immediate care. The staff was thorough and professional and I out in no time.
I have been using Total Access Care in Town and Country as my Dr. when visiting my daughter and her family since they moved here from S.C. 5 1/2 years ago. I am a retired RN and of course have my own special network of healthcare in SC but Dr.Paul Hinrichs has far surpassed my very own personal doctors and has given me excellent care with every visit.He shows concern and very excellent medical care. Thanks to you for providing this wonderful service at my home away from home!!
Even from Heather who answered the phone when booking an appointment to the techs and than Sarah the doctor.. everyone was super professional and the offices where very clean. Traveling from Chicago they were the perfect solution without having a doctor here in St. Louis.

Incredible care and attention to my problem. The physician, PA, and assistant all were fast and aggressive about helping me feel better. They didn’t shove me in and out of the door as has happened at three other Urgent Care facilities. They forwarded my information to my primary care and followed up after to see how I was doing. There is NO other Urgent Care that I will consider for my family when that kind of rapid attention is required. Excellent kind and genuine concern for the patients well being!!!
