Took my boyfriend to the Rock Hill location, and they were very quick and thorough on explaining every single procedure. I went to the Ballwin location a few days later, and received excellent care as well. They worked very well with me on my out of pocket costs, and didn’t run any test that they didn’t need to. They ensured my visit was brief and as cost-efficient as possible, and made us feel much better about having the flu (please get your flu shots! Lol) Excellent staff and excellent doctors.
I went to town and country location today. I was really out of it. I was diagnosed quickly and everyone was very professional. The doctor was very intuitive and treated this patient with kindness and understanding.
the health care was outstanding provided by Dr. Schwartz. he was percise and to the point. The staff was very kind and courteous. Yes I Would recommend Total Access to Family and friends. Thank You for such great service.
Great staff, short wait, very caring. Everything explained. I even got a follow up phone call 2 days later to see if I was feeling better. My husband and I have been here a few times each for different things. I highly recommend them!
