I've always been weary of urgent care centers but Total Access Care was the best care center I've ever been too. My visit was stress-free, quick and easy. I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and care that the staff provided. I highly recommend.
I had shingles and was miserable. They got me in very quickly, got me meds and I got home. They called to check on me and everyone seemed very professional and concerned. I will use again. Thank you
The staff at Total Access urgent care in Town and Country, MO. were amazing. Unfortunately I've been there now twice and both times everyone from beginning to the end of the appt were of very professional, pleasant and the saff was very caring. I was in and out in a decent amount of time I would totally recommend this location!
My visit at the T&C Urgent care was great! The staff was very professional, kind and efficient. My full experience from departing home to back again was under 1 hour. I walked in, checked in, and was escorted to a room before I ever sat down! Once in my room, I was examined, diagnosed, counsulted and 2 prescriptions were filled and I was on my way. That is as good as it can possibly get! Thank you, Urgent Care!!!
The Service was Awesome and Great. The Staff was Very Friendly and Nice. Walk in with less wait time. I was in and out in a Flash. The Dr Address my problem very Professional. I love that they called and concern about how you are feeling.
The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Waiting time was not very long. I will return to Total Access if needed in the future

I saw Troy today, the PA-C working on staff and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything in detail and truly took his time with me. He never made me feel rushed and made sure I understood everything. Thank you!
The most efficient friendly staff!! Great Doctor, Dr. Hinrichs!! They got me right in and right out with meds in hand!! I was miserably ill with serious case of strep throat! Diagnosed it quickly! As I was leaving I even told the people that were on their way in how great they were!! I love great customer service!! They have it DOWN!! GREAT PLACE!
