I went to Total Access Urgent Care yesterday and got the best treatment anyone could ask for. Dr. Schwartz who attended to me was SO pleasant and had a wonderful bedside manner, which I love. The nurses were also so courteous and pleasant. I would recommend Total Access to anyone who is in need of urgent care. It's much better than going to the E.R. Thank you all for your help. I would give you all a huge thumbs UP.
What a positive experience! I felt awful when I walked in the door. Within 20 minutes I had already received x-rays and been given a diagnosis. After 2 bags of IV antibiotics and fluids I was already feeling a bit better. Every person I came into contact with was kind, caring and helpful. I have never had a doctor take so much time to explain evetything. Will never go to a different urgent care.
I was very impressed by the professional care I received today. I was greeted promptly and taken to a room where I was cared for by several medical personnel. They listened carefully to the answers I gave about my symptoms, performed necessary tests right there, and prescribed a course of treatment that met my needs. I was also pleased to be able to register online so I could wait at home until my appointment time (which was just a few minutes.)
I wasn’t getting any better from my dr just using Flonase from appt on Wednesday. Started feeling really sick on Sunday & finally broke down on Tuesday & went to Urgent Care. I knew I had bronchitis, but it had turned into bilateral LL pneumonia. Got a steroid shot, sent home with 4 medications and I think I’m going to live now. Thanks Total Access Urgent Care you did a great job!!
All staff truly exceptional. First time we've had a doctor give us his cell phone number and tell us not to hesitate to call anytime with questions or concerns. Very refreshing!
I went there 20 minutes before closing. I was treated wonderfully by every person there. Never rushed each person took their time with me. I recommend them highly to everyone.
