Great staff! In and out in sooo much less time than if we'd gone to the emergency room!
Access Urgent Care has an excellent staff. I have had to visit this location twice in Town & Country and each time was an excellent visit. PA Darcy explained all the procedures she would be doing to help me with my dizziness. I received a follow up call asking how I was doing. My daughter was very impressed with the time and care I received. Thanks to all at Total Access Urgent Care.
I was a walk-in with a bad case of poison ivy. I was able to get right in and saw the doctor with only a short wait time in the exam room. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Received a shot of steroids and prescription. I am very satisfied with my experience.
