Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. I go here about every other week with my boyfriend and its usually great. Now im not going to really complain that we got our chips AFTER the main course last night but i really want to point out the salmon in my Mr Orange has been rather dry the last few times. Otherwise Damn Good like always! :-)

I went on national taco day and taco Tuesday so the line was forever long and the wait was 1hr and 15mins. But that's to be expected. What was not expected was the amazing server who saw us waiting patiently for so long and offered us some free chips and queso, which we had already ordered. She asked if we would want anything else and I sheepishly asked for guac, knowing it was expensive. She brought us a queso-tub full of guac! Plus all the food was amazing as usual. TL;DR THE SERVERS ARE GREAT!!!
The beef was very tasty and the ingredients great. I would recommend this eating place to anyone..It's really great.
Awesome. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to eat here again.
