Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Food was awesome! It was way busy. It took my entire lunch hour to get there, get my food, (I ordered it to go. It didn't come that way, so I had to wait again....) then back to work. Ate at my desk. And I work close. But the food was terrific!

Came in for lunch. Waited 40 minutes for ONE taco. Y'all weren't even busy. After 40 minutes requested a refund. Not even an apology from the manager. Customer service truly is a lost practice. Move over Torchy's. Ain't nobody got time for that!
