Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Had a great with friends. Food was hot and delicious. Not your typical taco fare but maybe not for all tastes. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very slow service. Our lunch HOUR was spent waiting to eat.
It's a bit pricey for the amount of food you receive. Last time my wife and i went we spent 30-35$. We each had two items with a drink. We also split an appetizer. Our food was cold when it finally got to the table. Felt like wasted money; also the last time we will eat in their restaurant. Dion's is so close & with 30$ the wife, both daughters, & I get to eat while drinking endless lemonade.
I love torchy's tacos but please step up ya game! My tacos were cold. Only one man to run tables? What ever happened to 2 heads are better than 1 ????? 20'ish min for tacos ? C'mon ! I know you all can do better for your guests.
