Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Normally I LOVE Torchy's, however, yesterday I ordered a Baja shrimp taco and some chips and guacamole to go and they WERE OUT OF GUACAMOLE...how does this happen?

Was nervous to try but so glad my daughter chose Torchys! We will be going back for sure! It was great and the staff was awesome
Food was tasty and plenty company was better and above
Used to be great. But if you like waiting 30+ minutes for a taco, this is the place for you.
