Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Good food, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices. Will go back.
Always great, all around, with the best bar staff!!! The Crossroads Taco is my favorite, but do enjoy trying most of the Taco of the Month creations!!! BTW, The Roscoe needs to be permanently put on the menu!!! Ha!!! See you soon Torchy's!
I love eating here at Torchys Tacos Will keep coming
Went on a recommendation but was disappointed. No kids menu listed,they verbally tell you if you ask. The kids chicken strips were way to spicy for my 6 yr old. The barbacoa was so greasy that it soaked thru the tortilla and left puddle in the basket. The queso was decent, but too spicy for some. Staff was friendly, that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.
Extremely slow service for such overpriced and overrated food.
Great tacos, excellent queso, very slow times. Went 2 days in a row at odd hours and waited over 30 minutes for our order and it was a little busy both days but not busy enough to justify the wait
