Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. My first visit and it was wonderful. I ordered my taco and the worker asked if I like mango. I said yes, so she recommended i add to my Taco. Oh my! What a delightful taste I experienced. Thank you

The shredded pork tacos were very good! The beef fajita tacos were ok. The chips and salsa, both kinds, rock! Thank you Torchy’s for a great lunch.
Went after thanksgiving and the food was great. Chips and queso were delicious. The Democrat taco on corn tortillas was awesome. Loved it!
