Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. RecommendedCame at lunch time and got in within a good amount of time. The price was pretty good for our family of 6. And there is a military discount. Then the food comes and wow. So much more food than expected and so flavorful. Definitely coming back!

Asked for no cheese, extra cabbage on my to go order. Got it home, no cabbage, extra cheese. Oh, well! Still pretty tasty.
Tortillas, steak, and shrimp tacos were all cold. Definitely not a good experience...very disappointed.
