Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Love this place! Huge selections and Damn Hot Sauce!
The staff was most accommodating to our special dietary needs. The food was delicious and very good serving sizes.
Your To-Go department needs some serious help. I order from LBKTOGO weekly and get take out from your restaurant. Every single order I have placed has been missing something and the driver has to go back and get it. EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Today was the cherry on top; I ordered the chicken taco special and was given chicken “crumbs” on half my tacos. This is ridiculous for your prices and you need to seriously revaluate how you conduct your to-go services. This is unacceptable.
Food was very good. Service was good. Problem was the crowd!! The layout of the restaurant really seems problematic when there is a crowd!! We were in line about 20 minutes and waited about 5-10 minutes to get our food. Not sure it was worth that wait.
