Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Love this place. We've never had a bad experience or bad food. We come at least once a week. Staff is friendly and it's very clean.

Wow - first visit to a Torchy's Taco on 11/11. What a gem. We showed up for a late lunch after a long meeting. The food was excellent and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. All our special requests (gluten-free, no MSG, no hot peppers) were handled with no mistakes. It is so refreshing to find a place that understands foodies, food allergies, and honest good food. Looking forward to trying more of their menu.

Worst place I've visited. They took our order and completely forgot about us for 20 min and when we go up to let them know they tell us that our order never got received in the back. So disappointed in the service. As I looked around all the food looked so mediocre and the tortillas didn't even look like they were hand made. If you want some REAL TACOS go to Taqueria Laredo half the cost and more food. Everything hand made. 45n and cavalcade.

Great food but service is really starting to slip there. Most employees seem put out by asking them to do something, unless they are working for a tip. Highly suggest ordering online or calling it in instead of waiting the time for them to forget something on your order.

Best Tex Mex I ever had. Went on a recommendation from a friend. I ordered the Trailer Trash Nasty Hillbilly style, The Mad Cow, and chips and queso. Nice size portions, almost couldn't finish my meal. Can't wait to go back.
