Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. First time dining here, and we loved it! I don't know how we managed to overlook this place, but we'll definitely be back.
I am a huge taco fan and this place really satisfies my cravings, delicious tacos and the shell is just perfect.

Great tacos at a great price, I always love a place who values their quality of food while at the same time making customers coming back.
The brisket taco is amazing. Trailer Trash (chicken) and fajita tacos were great too. And the guac.

Yum ! Yum ! Yum ! Delicious. Good food/kool atmosphere/delicious sauces ! I can think of SEVERAL NEW TACOS for them to try and serve. My son and I liked the brisket and fried avacado the best. Keep on KEPPING ON ! Hope you bring your food to ODESSA, TEXAS soon.
Went in for chips and queso to go, had a margarita at the bar while I waited. Staff was courteous, friendly and attentive. First margarita was so delicious, had another. Always a pleasant experience.
