Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Our Tuesday go-to Taco place. Best chicken fajita taco in town! Good guac and interesting and unique queso. Nice casual place to wind down. We love Taco Tuesdsys at Torchy's!
Never disappoints. Excellent tacos... love this place
I love their "special of the month" The American. They need to add it to their regular menu. Also got breakfast tacos to-go for the next morning. It's a good thing that I live far away from this place or it would be my steady diet!

The tacos were alright, nothing special. It took almost 20 minutes even though I was the only person on the restaurant. Would be nice to have wifi so I could do a working lunch sometime.

We drove in from Louisiana for a Dash soccer game and my daughter Martha recommended Torchy. We were very hungry for something to eat and were extremely satisfied with the choices and freshness of everything. Should have known it's better in Texas.
Don't know how this place have so many stars...the tacos taste plain...tortilla taste like the kind u add water...where the flavor...blah...want my money back
