Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. The food was fabulous and employees awesome! Perfect!
Love their tacos!! The staff is cool, but hipsters as far as the eye can see.
If I could give you 10 � I would!!! I’m from Michigan and in town visiting for a week. My best buddy brought me to Torchy’s for lunch. I was hooked �. Needles to say I had her bring me back one more time before I flew home. Can’t wait to visit you next time I’m in town .
Never been but looks good and maybe should come try it out see what they have and they about. I love tacos anyways.
