Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. My first experience at a Torchy’s and they live up to their “damn good” mentality. I love the corn. Delicious sodas to choose from - Mexican cola with lime is the best!
Tacos are pretty good. Management should have the outdoor perimeter of the building power washed with some strong disinfectant because it smells strongly of urine outside the building. Don't know how anyone would want to sit outside to eat.
Went for our first breakfast tacos, they were delicious! Great location, we left full and happy.
