Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Great tacos! A new favorite!!!
The Typsy Chick was one of the best tacos I’ve ever had.
Sure wish we had one of these in Desoto County Mississippi
Taco is always my favorite when it comes for a light meal and we find the best taco joint here in Justine love their salmon taco the best also the Baja shrimp was pretty good I would say it’s above average but not the best Baja shrimp I had as it was bit salty.but best part is my kid loved their chicken fajita it was awesome taste and last but not the list must try their avocado dip and chips.
As always, love the food. The guy who brought us our order was exceptionally pleasant. I think his name was Elijah? Keep him around!

Great tacos, lots of meat and the hot sauce is great ! Very fast and their street is really good too, but I like my corn with traditional Mexican sour cream. Maybe they can incorporate that but overall I will definitely be back!
