Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Our meal was great, line moved very quickly and our food was hot, really yummy! The lady that took my order was really kind! Smile! I love the quacamole!

Its trendy which is why it's probably so popular I've been there 3 times ordered three different things made with ingredients that I love but nothing ever really tasted good to me. I'll try the salad next it looked really good

Waiting for food 30 min and they aren’t that busy..... wait that’s right that’s why we haven’t been here in a long time. And then when we get the food it like “here it is”
Service with an attitude. The kids who work here are always upset taking your order. Tacos are over rates for the lack of service and disgruntled employees that meet you.
