Torchy's Tacos started in 2006 with a mobile trailer, a little red Vespa, and a man with a passion for good food. The founder, Mike Rypka, left an executive chef position to chase his dreams by investing everything he had into Torchy's Tacos. With a new, experimental menu ready to serve but no mouths to feed, Rypka jumped on his Vespa and started throwing out samples in an attempt to draw customers to his trailer. Im here almost every other day and today I had a bad experience with one of the workers and the manager they didn’t get my order right and as soon as I get there to pick up the order the guy taking care of customers at the front door had a nasty attitude so I talked to his manager and it seemed like he didn’t care at all. Some employees are truly interested in their job and some aren’t they are rude and have an attitude. Will never be going back here and I do not recommend torchys tacos.

Awesome food. I went today since it was my bday. The only disappointment was the size of the margarita. I wanted a HUGE glass for $4.95. The grande burrito was excellent! I chose beef. Seasoned to perfection. I will be going back despite how small my drink is. Excellent staff!!
First time going. Pretty good. Definitely worth a repeat visit.
