This is one of our favorite houses to rent. Right on the beach. Well kept. Can't wait to go back.
Easy reservation process. House was beautiful and easy to access. This was our second rental with Topsail Realty. It won't be our last.
Office was very accessible and courteous throughout our planning and visit. Property was just as advertised
Replaced broken coffee pot immediately and when it was obvious the grill was not going to work after having been cleaned, made sure we had a grill replacement that same evening..
Had a wonderful stay!!!
Loved the house! Perfect location, beautiful decks and a clean simple interior. Only would change a few little things, but it's more nitpicking than anything. Looking forward to renting from this company for years to come!

Many great memories despite snow. Wind. And frigid temps. We struggled in kitchen though. Pans that are old and nonstick surfaces worn down. Not enough silver. If you advertise sleeps 8 seems like there should be 8 of all things? Don't necessarily have to match! A halfway decent knife would have been helpful! I think for the amt of money we spent kitchen items should be updated a bit. I spent some time getting dishes back together( all coffee cups in same cabinet, plates together, -no biggie). A dish drain would be nice ... read more
