The house accommodated the 5 of us very well--- my husband and I and daughter and 2 grandchildren. We had a Sunday to Sunday rental. On Thursday afternoon the temperature of the house started to creep a bit higher with the AC on, and by Friday it was definitely getting hotter. We realized there was something wrong with the AC, so I called the realty office to report the matter at around noon. Wonderful. The house was cleaned and ready by check-in time. The smart code entry made it nice not to pick up or drop off keys.
The rental process was easy and stress free. We loved the early check in process including the ability to use the keypad to access the property. We were disappointed in the condition of the rental property and would not rent that specific property again.
We have been renting the same house for over 15 years. It is always clean and in great shape. We never have to worry about anything. Thank you so much!

We noticed the refrigerator leaking on Sunday so called Monday and reported it and that the lights in the kitchen weren't working. We did not here back from anyone.
Loved the keyless lock!!!! Our only issue this year was the house was not cleaned as in the past. There were food remnants in the fridge (blueberries and lettuce bits) and stickiness on the counters, and bathroom sinks did not appear wiped down. There was a hair wod in the upstairs tub and coffee grinds and filter were left in coffee pot giving the house a smell upon arrival.. There was a card saying house was cleaned by Jenny and Brian. We've never had this issue in past years. Otherwise, the week was wonderful! Thanks.
