From our last minute accommodation throughout our stay, the entire experience was great! The staff, especially Robin, was so helpful and accomodating! '"Good Company" is our new favorite house on Topsail Island! We loved the oceanfront view from the living area, the master, screen porch and deck! Loved the house. Needs showers updated. Otherwise well appointed. Did not like to do Saturday to Saturday. It leaves no weekend.
Check in was confusing.
Liked the new check in. Rental was clean. But just wanted to let you know that the refrigerator was clean when we arrived and had a bleach odor. But after a few days there was a strong fishy odor coming from the refrigerator. We did not have any fish products. Thought we would let you know that the bleach only worked for a couple of days
The house had a very nice set up to it. One key factor for me is that the beds are comfortable. And these ones were! We caught quite a few fish off of the dock and the retaining wall. Would have been a little easier getting out of our kayaks if the dock had a ladder but that was not a deterrent by any means.we would stay here again!
The Home was really nice. We would love to own one just like it. Hated we had to wait 45 minutes to get in since the number code we were given did not work. But we understand stuff happens. Overall very pleased. FYI: the white table on the back porch was filthy with what appeared to be dirty feet prints on it. Just wanted to state that was not us. We chose not to use that table. Nice house. Lots of room great location down at the end of Topsail Beach. Did see palmetto bugs in house. Only downside. Will come back.
Excellent experience from the moment we arrived until we had to leave. We felt so comfortable and right at home. Everything you could possibly want was provided in our rental (even the smallest items). Plus, the best, least crowded view of the ocean I have seen. A big bonus was how comfortable our fog felt immediately as well. It is nice to have an option to bring her all week. I will return and stay at Seaworthy for sure. Thank you!
