Topsail Realty did a great job handling everything. Overall the house was decent. There were 3-4 broken chairs on the decks and house could use some TLC but location was great. I would recommend getting the reviews section up and running on your site. Very important for vacation rentals and reviews is usually our #1 resource. Thanks, Matt
Always wonderful! That is why we have come 6 of the past 7 years. Love the keyless entry and automatic checkin/checkout.
Overall a smooth check-in, I was asked if I had received a code for the door lock which I had not. We did have trouble with the lock system and the unit on the door was replaced. The home is awesome and we have put down the $50 to hold spot for next year. We were told by Cindy that an emailed reciept would be sent and then after calling and getting Robin was told we don't get one. I am being billed a bit over $56 and would expect a reciept to reflect that.
Broadview was perfect for our family. The sound views were spectacular. We loved the swings on the porch and two outdoor showers most of all. We would definitely stay at Broadview again if we had the opportunity!
Loved the beach and ocean. Also liked being at the end of the island. We liked that we could bike the roads without a lot of traffic. Townhouse unit was nice with a nice location. A few minor issues that we brought to your attention but they did not take away from the enjoyment of our visit. Thanks for all the great sunny days.
Layout and upfit very nice, durable, comfortable. Need full size forks in kitchen, otherwise well equipped. Screen porch very nice and door could use a screen repair. Outdoor shower superb. Dock well done and a great asset. ANTS however nearly spoiled the trip. Took colonies inside and outside under hood of vehicle home. Bites all over my body(not fire ants ). Our family stayed on the soundside and had a great time fishing, kayaking, and sailing! The kitchen was well-equipped and we had beautiful soundside views from the back porch. The downstairs toilet needed repairs, though, and the dock looked like it needed repair. Otherwise, though, we enjoyed the house!
Great week at Topsail! House was just as described in a good location with ez access to the beach and sound.
The house was very comfortable with a great screen porch and awesome ocean view! The kitchen was well equipped and the artwork was perfect for beach and dog lovers! We had a great time! A do again for sure!
