My parents, my husband and I, and now just me have used Topsail Realty for many years of vacationing on the island. Your staff is always kind and helpful, and your terrific selection of houses can fill any need. Thank you. (Double Overhead needs to increase their cable package, though. Two weeks without ESPN was tough! And the grill is getting pretty sad. We never could get the burner on one side to work. But overall--we'll be back!) Thank you and take care!

Hello. I would have given 5 stars but upon arrival, carpet needed cleaned, floors were dirty and other things needed cleaned. But the employees were attentive, concerned and very helpful to remedy the issues. We were impressed. Island Hopper is a fabulous house to escape from everyday home life routines! I highly recommend this house and TopSail Realty. I would definitely rent this house again to enjoy the beautiful Surf City beaches. Also, everyone/population is friendly and nice. We will miss this area and place
House is old...probably time to renovate. Checking similarly priced properties that were already rented when we started looking, they were all newer/renovated. Still...being oceanfront at Topsail is the best!
The new keyless lock system made checking in much easier once we got it to work the first time. Also being able to reserve next year by phone was much easier.
I love the new checkin process and the keyless entry. So much easier. I love the sheet rental and being able to reserve next year on the phone. Great improvements. You are the best!!
Great views. Layout of house was perfect. Check in and check out were easy. Pre-visit information was complete and very helpful. House was generally clean but still had lots of dog hair from previous renters, especially on the stairs. Ants in the kitchen. Quick response when contacting the rental office.
