Topsail Realty was a pleasure to work with. They quickly and completely answered all my questions. The new keyless entry system makes checking in and out a breeze! We love AllAboutThe View, and have stayed there 3 times. Having the linen package was an added plus! Thank you for making our week in our favorite place relaxing!
Check in was easy and having linens provided was a plus. We gound some safety hazards that concerned us. There was a piece of wood on the stairs on the very top of deck that was Hazard and it should be fixed immediately. Also there is only one way in and one way out of the cottage since the owners locked the door to the basement. This is a hazard should thete be a fire. The TV was not user friendly. Great house, nice water views and oceanfront beach access. The house was in great shape, unlike some weve rented in the past from other realtors. We'll look to book the same house next year.
Check in was quick and our rental everything we needed for our stay.
We have using Topsail Realty for close to 30 years and love them. They are always kind and helpful. Love the new upgrades.
The house was nice but the cleaning was not the best. We had ants all over the house. In the bathrooms and bedrooms and in the couch. The mattress in the front bedroom had springs that poked you when you slept. We cleaned and sprayed for the ants. But other than that we were happy with our stay.
Very efficient company. I would use them again in the future.
The house was Great! Good area for our kids to play in the sand and sound .Unfortunately not as clean as we were hoping. Topsail Realty did a great job with our reservations. Will hopefully work with yall again. Thanks, Monty
Home was a perfect location with an amazing view. Would have been 5 stars if it was cleaned better. Home was dirty. Food under beds, sand all over the downstairs carpet, half empty soda cans under a couple of beds and at least 5 bugs I was told were roaches on bottom level.
