Accomodations were ok.... freshly painted and the laminate flooring was newer so surfaces seemed clean. Window AC unit did a good job of keeping the room cool...Was nice to have access to a pool when we needed a break from the beach...Negatives, coffee maker didnt work ð, tv worked only part of the time, no fitted sheet and the sheet covering the mattress was a little small for the bed, so the mattress cover was exposesd regularlyð¦, bath towels had hair in em and were stainedð, construction vehicles working closeby... read more

Beautiful house really enjoyed our time there. Loved the large decks where we enjoyed many mornings and nights watching the dolphins swim and relaxing. Very spacious rooms and loved the elevator. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is that there seemed to be an ant issue in the kitchen but we purchased traps which made it better. Also the GFI kept tripping so we had to reset it a few times. Besides that it was the perfect vacation home. We will definately be back. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.
I was a little disappointed about the late check-in and how it was offered for early check-in but there was a fee involved. The house was okay. I was disappointed in the amount of broken things in the house period for $3,400 I expected the house to be in better condition.
Very friendly and informative staff. We loved the home we rented and will definitely book our next vacation with Topsail Realty!
Easy reservations, delightful office staff and a terrific rental experience! We loved our beach house and have already reserved for next year!
