Comfortable townhouse. Great quiet location. Just across the street from the ocean . Staff and owner super nice and welcoming. Would recommend to others for a quiet vacation or short-term rental.

Very easy to deal with. No issues at all. Great property.
Worst experience ever. The agents were totally unhelpful to our complaints. Only good thing was the maintenance man. There was a Pod parked in our driveway when we arrived and they told us it would be moved. It wasnât. The air conditioner stopped working because it hadnât been service with coolant. Again the agents were unhelpful. We will never use this agency again
Beach Coma was perfect for our family in every way. House layout, furniture, decks everything perfect and all appliances and everything in working order!!! Have placed a reserve hold on it for next year!!!
The staff at Topsail Realty are Top Notch. Whale Wind was everything we expected and more!

Old and not well lit! Dishwasher full of hot steaming dishes kept falling forward ...could have burned our legs and feet:(( It was not bolted in:((( Ocean porch down below a view of the ocean, corroded bathtub spigot, shakey kitchen faucet, one ceiling fan had NO blades at all:(( Bugs inside and a rat was on the deck out to the ocean. He was not afraid of us at all!!!..or our two little dogs.
This has been a horrible vacation experience and all because of this company and their homeowner. We rented "going coastal" for 4/13-20/2019 from Topsail Realty Vacations. Upon arrival on 4/14 we walked into multiple chirping smoke alarms, light fixtures hanging from the ceiling, electrical outlets with no covers and exposed wiring, no hot water, multiple non functional lights, a non functioning elevator, a toilet that wouldn't flush, a bath tub that wouldn't drain, no hot water, damp carpet in the master bedroom that rema... read more
