Customer service was great on saturday . On vacation and broke down but they got us back up and going and on track to our destination. thank you sooooooo much Shan for going the extra steps so our vacation wasnt ruined. definitely recommend this dealership

I went from Birmingham to Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman to test drive a 2017 used car with more than 33,000 miles on it. Imagine my incredible surprise at discovering I could afford a 2018 Nissan Versa with 264 miles on it! Chris Caldwell was supportive and helpful, no pressure. When I needed time to think it over, I got it. I admit to doing some totally unnecessary driving because I enjoy it so much. Thanks, Chris!
It’s like no other car dealership I have ever used. They are so polite, and they really will work their hardest to get you what you want for the price you need!
