My air went out in my Altima. They said they would have to replace the compressor because “it was shot”. It would take about 2 1/2 hours labor but they would give me a deal and only charge us for 2 hours 😳😳 The total price would be approximately $1000. My husband took the car home and took a look at it himself. Ordered a clutch online for $45. When it came in it took him approximately 45 to fix... let me stress again $45!!! Thank God for my wonderful husband and shame on these vultures at Cullman Nissan

The staff here was very polite in the service department. I went to get my front brakes changed but one of the staff members showed me that it actually didn’t need to be changed and it was the freak brakes that needed to be changed instead. They got everything done in a timely manner too, I didn’t feel like I was there very long at all. Thanks Tony Serra Nissan for the help and for getting my car all fixed up!

The people that work here are the best. They are very friendly and courteous. We have purchased both of our vehicles here. We have had several vehicles serviced here and always were taken very good care of !!

Have brought my new armada in for service several times and always get appointment when needed, and always well taken care of. The staff goes above and beyond. Highly recommend them. Mikey is a great people person and makes sure the service department is running smooth.
