The most unorganized, unprofessional people I have ever seen buying a vehicle. Spelling names wrong, not getting correct paperwork before letting a customer leave with a vehicle! Extremely unprofessional

They have not only sold a friend of mine a lemon, but soon after her trying to work thing out with them they refuse to fix the issue and when she left multiple reviews they choose to remove them and block her, way to run a fine upstanding business in this trying time, your a real piece!
they could start with actually acknowledging when they screwed
I had a fantastic experience! I definitely recommend Tyler. He’s one of the best sales men’s I’ve laid eyes on. He tried really hard for me and got me in the car I wanted. Thanks Tyler! All the folks up there are super friendly and have noooo problem answering any questions asked.
Very poor customer service..reached out to these guys on Facebook messenger to get wheels for my 2019 Altima and to have them installed. Gave them my number,email and of course they had messenger and still have not attempted to contact me. So I went to another Nissan dealer in my area to have all that done. So in the end I got what I needed done but wasted my time talking to these guys
Everyone bent over backwards to help me everyone was very nice and very helpful the salesman bill was awesome and fred was awesome and got me in the car i wanted with the Paynment in my price

Trying trade in my car to a new car. They gave a bad deal on my 2017 Nissan Altima.. only $8500.. I agrued with them about the value on my car as they offered. I was expected my car goes 14k to 17k I looked at blue Kelly on my car and it valued average 14k.. that's a big ripoff.. They might offer good deal on rebate but won't do any good if you are trying to trade in. Keep in mind, I wouldn't do any business with Shannon or current gm at the Nissan.. unless they got replace gm that actually wanted to everything to be fair an... read more
