***** in the service department and his receptionist are the rudest people I have ever dealt with I would not buy from Nissan in Cullman because eventually you will have to deal with these people. They called my wife to reschedule an oil change and diagnostics that she scheduled online. They wanted her to bring it in today she explained she needed to plan for the time she will be without a car. ***** told her she was being difficult and hung up on her. She called back 3x each time they hung up the phone instead of answering.... read more

June 15th, 2024 I don't even want to give one star! I bought a car on 5/2. Engine light came on before I even got out of Cullman. Was told the dealership would fix the car. Was then sent to Huntsville ******************* because Catalytic Convertor is bad. ******************* said it has an aftermarket Catalytic convertor. I went back to **** Serra where I was told the car would be fixed. Almost 2 months later nothing, was told parts are hard to get. I called ********** in ********* and they said 2 days for parts. My wife and I purchased a vehicle a month ago from Tony Serra Nissan, however within that month we have only driven our new vehicle 2 weeks. The vehicle they sold us not only had cosmetic issues which they agreed to fix before purchasing but also fix the issues that have came about mechanically? The vehicle is under warranty and we have been waiting 2 weeks for some kind of status not only on the mechanical issues, but the cosmetic as well? I didn't think I would get into a new car i drove by serra Nissan for months and yesterday I stopped by and I got one I love it Thank you Michael "Aldi" for getting me in one I love it and very happy.. They go out of their way to help you....I will always use Serra Nissan for sure...

Terrible customer service. They advertise rebates that are insanely inaccurate. As you can see, they are advertising a $4,000 rebate for college graduates. It was only after my credit was pulled, that I was informed the rebate was really only $500. When I spoke to the manager about this, he repeatedly told he that he didn’t know what to say and cut me off several times. All he could come up with was that “someone must have erased the ‘up to’ before the $4,000.” If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

Sold me a Nissan Quest transmission went out 30 days after buying in charged me for a new one put a rebuild in it and said that that is a new one and not even 6 month later it goes out again and since I drove over 12,000 miles there was nothing they could due they are the worst car sales place I have ever been to and the car wasn’t cleaned when we bought it they said to bring back in the morning to have detailed and I did all they did was vacuum it
