I bought a new battery on 7/29/2020 from the dealership. Not even 2 months later the battery was bad! Took it in to have it replaced on 9/17/2020 and they REFUSED to replace it! All I was asking is for a replacement for a bad battery they sold me. General manager was a total jerk when I spoke to him about it. Will not EVER recommend this place!

From my understanding there was no argument over replacing the battery under warranty, they simply must test said battery with the tool themselves before ruling it as bad. Everyone from the salesman Jonathan white to the finance was great!! If you need a car they are who you need to buy from. But honestly they are wonderful from start to finish.

We highly recommend Zak and Fred at Tony Serra! Excellent service, and they went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Went to a big name dealership in Decatur and couldn’t even get a returned call. We were very appreciative of Zak and Fred’s persistence and are enjoying our new Altima.
