help me find the car I wanted, and nice friendly staff
I went from Birmingham to Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman to test drive a 2017 used car with more than 33,000 miles on it. Imagine my incredible surprise at discovering I could afford a 2018 Nissan Versa with 264 miles on it! Chris Caldwell was supportive and helpful, no pressure. When I needed time to think it over, I got it. I admit to doing some totally unnecessary driving because I enjoy it so much. Thanks, Chris!
It’s like no other car dealership I have ever used. They are so polite, and they really will work their hardest to get you what you want for the price you need! I enjoyed my car buying experience here so much, I decided to join the Tony Serra Nissan team! No gimmicks, no pushy salesmen; plus, the new cars have a LIFETIME powertrain warranty!!! And obviously, they have a great new/ used car lot ⬇️!!!
My wife and I went up there in 2017 with horrible credit and Nissan worked with us until they got us approved. We went up there just to see if we could trade our car in.. we drove off the lot with a brand new 2019! Nissan has helped us from the beginning and if you need a car please go see Michael Crider!! What a great salesman!! Overall Nissan in Cullman was wonderful to take the time to actually care about you! Actually pushes the banks to try to get you approved!! Thank you Nissan of Cullman for pushing to get us a car!
RecommendedMichael Crider and Fred Crutcher are great to work with! Michael is sincere and honest and worked hard to get us what we wanted in a car at the price we needed. Fred worked tirelessly to get us a deal that was suited for our needs. It took a little longer than we originally anticipated, but in the end, he got us at a rate that was unmatchable and a payment lower than our max budget!

Excellent place to purchase a Nissan. Absoloutely NO pressure tactics. Just a relaxed buying experience. Chris Caldwell is a very knowledgeable sales consultant. Definitely knows his Nissans. The sales manager, Don Coombs made sure that all questions were answered in a prompt and factual manner. Very knowledgeable on the financing aspect. Serra Nissan is a great place to buy.
